By using this website or by placing an order with me, you agree to the terms listed below. For your reference a copy will be included with your order.

All made by lolly felt and fabric accessories are designed and handmade by Laura Smith

Product photos are provided as guidance, but as all items are individually handmade there may be some slight differences between the photograph and the item that you receive. Colours are represented as accurately as possible, but can vary according to your computer's monitor settings.

Before purchasing, please double check the description in the product listing to ensure you are familiar with the size/colour/contents of the item you are ordering.

Sometimes I also sell printed products based on my original designs. These are manufactured by a third party, based in the UK. Where an item is not handmade by me, it will clearly be stated in the product description.


You can use this website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time.

Postage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order.

You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.

When you place an order through this website you are making an offer to buy goods as described in the product listings. This becomes a binding contract when your order is acknowledged and accepted via email.

In the unlikely event that the product you have ordered is no longer available, you will have the opportunity to accept a full refund or a substitute product (incurring a part refund or extra payment as required)


Once you have finished shopping, click the 'checkout' button to be taken to the secure checkout facility provided by PayPal

Follow the on screen instructions to confirm postage options, billing address, delivery address and payment details.

You can pay through PayPal using your credit/debit card or your PayPal balance.

Your credit card and bank account details remain secure. Only the name, address and email details you provided are passed on to me.


Items will be dispatched within 3 working days of cleared payment (unless specified separately in the product listing)

Items to be delivered in the UK will be posted via Royal Mail 1st Class Post

Items to be delivered to the Rest of the World will be posted via Airmail

All made by lolly accessories are presented on a backing card or in a gift box, and will be gift wrapped before dispatch. (Please see individual product listings for details) Additional packaging is used as required to ensure your items reach you in perfect condition.

Your order may arrive in more than one delivery

Your items will be delivered to the address you specify on your order. Please check the goods on delivery – any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to me immediately so the problem can be resolved as quickly as possible.

You are responsible for paying any import duty, customs entry fee or any additional taxes, fees or levies that are applicable by local legislation. Customers are advised to check these details before placing their order

Refunds and Cancellations

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving your goods. To do this, please inform me in writing, either via email or by letter.

To receive your refund, you must return the items within 14 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging, at your own expense. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage during transit.

If your returned goods show evidence of use or wear beyond the reasonable handling necessary to inspect the goods, your refund may be reduced to take into account the cost of the damage.

Refunds for cancelled items, including the original postage / delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days of the items being returned – minus any costs for damage.

Please note – this refund policy does not apply to custom / bespoke orders. Any items which have been personalised or modified to your specification, post ordering cannot be cancelled or returned unless damaged.You will be clearly notified before and during the order process if your order is bespoke.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Faulty Items

If an item you have purchased from made by lolly turns out to be faulty, please Contact Me as soon as possible

Depending on the nature of the fault, and the continued availability of the product - either a full refund, exchange or repair will be offered. This will be dealt with on a case by case basis, and will be actioned without unreasonable delay.

Usually a digital photograph that clearly shows the fault is sufficient evidence, but in some instances, it may be necessary for you to return the faulty item. The cost of returning goods is your responsibility, however following inspection reasonable postage costs will be refunded, providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, they will be returned to you - however you will be required to cover reasonable postage costs.
